TERMS and CONDITIONS
Students are required to disclose any medical conditions or injuries (including) mental health conditions to Yoga with Collette.
Yoga with Collette is not insured to teach any student in the first trimester of pregnancy. In fact you will be encouraged to seek another professional or attend 1:1 sessions as Collette is a pregnancy qualifed teacher.
Yoga with Collette takes no responsibility for any injuries caused by taking part in a yoga class or workshop.
Block booked classes - You are receiving your classes at a discounted rate, should you choose not to continue with yoga before you have used all 5 visits, there will be no refund.
Private 1:1 session - Payment must be made in advance. Cancellation period is 48 hours via email to yogawithcollette@gmail.com. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, no refund will be given unless in exceptional circumstances.
Workshops - Full payment is required in advance to secure your place.
Refunds for cancellations are available up to 14 days prior to the date of the workshop, minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds are available after this time unless the place can be resold.
If YogawithCollette cancels a workshop, an alternative date/time will be provided but if a student cannot make this, a full refund will be issued.
YogawithCollette reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.
Sharing information - Your personal privacy is very important to YogawithCollette and no information will be shared with third parties.
Data Retention - The only information kept on record is email address (for corresponding) and telephone contact (for emergency contact if class not running). You will have the option to join our WhatsApp group should you choose.
This information is only retained for as long as you remain a student of YogawithCollette. If you no longer attend classes, this information will be deleted after 8-weeks of no contact.
